RISK ADVISOR | Aida joined Team Gramoll in 2022. She is truly passionate about working with customers to provide coverage that fits their needs, in addition to building relationships. She lives in Shorewood with her husband Tim, and their basset hound Jerry. In their spare time, they love being a part of the community and spending time at the lakefront.

DIRECTOR OF CUSTOMER RELATIONS| Brianne joins our team from Melbourne, FL. Born and raised in Grafton, WI, she relocated back to the area in fall 2024. She brings over a decade of experience in the challenging FL insurance industry and is dedicated to providing her clients with the best experience possible. Brianne is looking forward to being closer to family, four seasons and football!

RISK ADVISOR | Cher is originally from the Fond Du Lac area where she was a business owner for many years. She is a former wealth management advisor and excited to help to customers with their life insurance, long term care and disability income needs. She enjoys spending time with friends/family.

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE | Cheryl joined Team Gramoll in 2022 and is our "behind the scenes" whiz. She is an expert in making sure nothing important falls through the cracks and we are so grateful to have her join our team.

RISK ADVISOR | Deana has been an Insurance Risk Advisor with Team Gramoll since 2015. She helps customers understand their insurance needs and finds the appropriate coverage for them to help protect their assets. She is passionate about building relationships and being there for her customers in their time of need. Deana lives in Whitefish Bay with her husband, three kids and sweet goldendoodle.

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE | Jack was born in Shorewood, but lived most of his life in Orlando, FL, until moving back to Wisconsin in 2021. He is passionate about finding solutions for our customers! Most of his family still lives in Florida, so he has a warm place to visit when the Wisconsin winters get a little long. He enjoys playing soccer and has recently started coaching for Bavarian Soccer Club.

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT | Lauren joined the Gramoll & Associates, Inc Team in 2022. She is thrilled to bring her experience from other various corporate fields to the agency. She is an avid sports fan and can usually be found near a baseball diamond when not at work. Lauren lives in Whitefish Bay with her husband, 2 children and 3 cats.

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS | Nancy has been working with Gramoll & Associates Inc since 2015. Prior to that she worked in education and the service industry. She has expertise in property, casualty, business and life insurance. Nancy provides excellent customer service and is always willing to help our customer's with their needs. She resides in Whitefish Bay and has three children.

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE | Paige joined the team in March of 2024. She is ready to assist our customers with her friendly caring attitude and years of customer service experience. She loves to travel, meet new people, and do photography. Paige grew up and currently lives in St. Louis, Missouri.

INTERN | Sam is from Whitefish Bay, Wisconsin. He is currently a student at St. Norbert College currently in pursuit of receiving a degree in Communications. He is excited to learn about the insurance industry and see what he is capable of in a professional environment. Sam enjoys spending time with his family, going on hikes and watching movies and sitcoms with friends.

SENIOR CUSTOMER RELATIONS MANAGER | Sara joined Gramoll and Associates in 2020, after graduating from St Norbert's College. Prior to joining us full time, she worked for our Agency part time during the summers and school breaks. She is licensed in property and casualty insurance and provides top notch service to our loyal customers. She resides on the east side of Milwaukee.
