Felicia is married to Raymond Miller and she has three young-adult children.

Felicia's background and passion has been in the insurance industry.

When Felicia is not in the agency she loves spending time with her family and volunteering her time to help others and assisting her church ministry with community outreach. Felicia has established her own portable pantry to distribute to the elderly and those in need.

Felicia established a scholarship in her childrens' name, known as The Williams Children Scholarship. She is apart of a Master Networks Group and the National Council of Negro Women.
